Description: 5800ft elevation. 17 campsites on the banks of the Wild and Scenic Snake River. The overflow camping walk-in area across the road can also accomodate small groups. Popular area for floating the river. Trail from campsite leads to the summit of Wolf Mountain in the Targhee National Forest. There is an ampitheater here for interpretive programs.

There is a boat ramp down the road at West Table Creek Picnic Area. Floating the river may require a permit. Call the ranger district for details. This area is popularly called the "Lunch Counter." Area activities include hiking, horse riding, fishing, hunting in season, and wildlife watching. Scenic driving along the river.
